The Saint William Nursery provides an important service to parishioners who want to participate in Mass or attend another parish event. By providing childcare, the nursery encourages active participation in the liturgy and activities of the parish.
The nursery is located in the Education Building (Building 4). -
Sunday Mass
Nursery Closed Until Further NoticeThe nursery is open on Sunday to provide care for children, ages 6 months to 3 years, during the following Mass times: 9:30 AM, 11:30 AM, and 1:30 PM.
Registration is not required, but space is limited. Please arrive early.

Scheduling the Nursery for your Event
If you are a ministry leader/coordinator and would like to have childcare services for your event, please contact scheduling@st-william.org in advance. If childcare services are available for your event, the time will be reserved on the church calendar and you will be notified. You (or parents) may then contact the nursery to pre-register children.
NOTE: If your event is serving alcohol, childcare is not available. -
Scheduled Events at Saint William
Parents can register their children between the ages of 6 months and 10 years for childcare during scheduled events at Saint William. Childcare is only available during events for which advance arrangements have been made to use the nursery. Registration of your child at least three days in advance is required, and space is limited. Parents/guardians must remain on the parish campus while their children are in childcare.

Registration
To register your child, please email us at nursery@st-william.org or call 512-600-8202 and provide the following information:
- Event name, date and time
- Parent name, email and phone number
- Child's name, age, date of birth
- Information about any allergies, special needs or Instructions for nursery staff.
Parents will receive an email confirmation or phone call once registration is accepted.
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact the nursery at least one hour prior to the event.
NOTE: Nursery/Childcare Services are not available during some holidays, or for events that are serving alcohol.
