He is Risen! He is truly Risen! Not just 2000 years ago, but the Risen Lord is with us today and forever! May our hope be in Christ Jesus who has conquered sin and death. May our sadness be turned to joy similar to Mary Magdalene who weeps at the empty tomb until she encounters the Risen Lord. This is my prayer for each of you— that we would each encounter the Risen Lord in our lives; that our lives would reflect our Easter Joy; and that the souls we encounter would come to know Jesus through us. Now is not a time to fear, for the darkness has given way to light. Christ is our light, and we are the light of Christ! Go and make disciples, being instruments of God’s grace for the conversion of souls. Happy Easter!
