As in years past, VBS will once again be coordinating a service project with Annunciation Maternity Home as they celebrate their 25th anniversary of serving mothers and children through challenging times.
Everything we have is a gift from God. Our lives, our families, our talents, our work—none of these come from us alone. They are entrusted to us by a loving and generous Father. When we begin to see our lives in this way, as a gift rather than a possession, it changes how we respond. Gratitude becomes the foundation of everything we do.
From time to time, I am asked, “Is it okay to be registered at two parishes?” My answer is simple: no. We are called to commit ourselves fully and completely to one parish—the one we call home. This is not about competition between parishes, but about belonging.
My prayer is that each of us recognizes the gift that our parish is and that we grow ever more united in our commitment to it. Taking ownership of our parish matters. You can count on me to be the best spiritual father I can be. Can I count on you to help provide an environment that facilitates and encounter with Jesus Christ?
Dear St. William Parishioners,
Christ is Risen! Alleluia! This Easter, I invite each of you to encounter the Risen Lord in a deeper way. Let us seek Him in prayer, in the celebration of the Eucharist, and in acts of charity toward one another. As a parish family, we are called to be witnesses of the Resurrection—bringing light to those in darkness, comfort to those who suffer, and peace to those who are troubled.
As we arrive at the halfway point of the season of Lent, I invite you to reflect on how it is going. In this time, the Church gently calls us to examine our hearts and to notice what fills our attention, what shapes our desires, and what quietly pulls us away from God.
I am grateful to God for allowing me to serve as your pastor and my time away has allowed me to fall in deeper love of Christ and recognize the ways that I need to be better to serve you well...
