Welcome to a New Year of Faith Formation!

Programs and registration are best viewed using a computer.

IMPORTANT: When the new database was implemented, we noticed that not all data was transferred, and this had a direct impact on the registration process. So, please stop by the office to update all your family members’ information because when registering your children, you need to be sure to enter their name EXACTLY as it appears on the database. This is a new registration system, so please be sure to follow the registration guidelines below WHEN you register children in any of our programs, particularly when registering multiple children in different programs.

1.  Please click the form below that corresponds to the program you wish to enroll your child in. We have FOUR different programs: R.E. English (PK-5 grade), R.E. Spanish (PK-5 grade), Triumph (6-8 grade) & S.W.Y.M. (9-12 grade).

2. When registering two or more children in the SAME program, at the end of the form, simply click where it says, “add another person.”

3. But, if you are enrolling multiple children in different programs, please make sure you pay at the end of each registration of each program before you return to this page to register another child in a different program. Therefore, if you have children in 3 different programs, you will pay 3 different times.

Registration Fee Schedule:

• One child  = $75

• Two children = $75 each

• Three or more children = $50 each*(If registering three or more children, please apply promo code: FAMILY for EACH child you register. This deducts $25 for each child. (For more clarity, refer to the examples at the end of the page)  

• PLEASE NOTE: If your child is being registered in Year 2 of an Elementary RE class or Triumph that is sacramental preparation, you will pay an additional $25 for a sacramental book.

IMPORTANT: Apply the promo code before you “add another person,” in the same program or before you “register and checkout.”  YOU SHOULD REVIEW PAYMENT EXAMPLES BY SCROLLING TO THE END OF THIS PAGE.

      4. Once you click on one of the Registration Forms below, be sure to read and answer all questions on the form.

1. Let’s say you click the Elementary Religious Education form first. You would fill it out and at the end of the form, taking into account that you are registering 3 children, you would apply the promo FAMILY to make sure you get the discount for this registration and then you would click the “register and checkout” and pay $50. 
   
   
2. Once you have paid for the registration for Elementary Religious Education, you would come back to this main page and click the next program you want to enroll your other child in, let’s say its SWYM. So, once again you would fill out the form and at the end of it, taking into account that you are registering 3 children, you would apply the promo FAMILY to make sure you get the discount for this registration, too, and then you would click the “register and checkout” and pay $50. 
   
   
3. Once you have paid for the registration for SWYM, you would come back to this main page and click the next program you want to enroll your other child in, let’s say its TRIUMPH. So, once again you would fill it out the form and at the end of the form, taking into account you are registering 3 children, you would apply the promo FAMILY to make sure you get the discount for this registration, too, and then you would click the “register and checkout” and pay $50.

You would need to fill it out and at the end of the form, taking into account that you are registering 3 children, you would apply the promo FAMILY to make sure you get the discount for that registration and then you would click the “register and checkout” and pay $50. 
   
   
2. Once you have paid for the registration for Elementary Religious Education, you would come back to this main page and click the next program you want to enroll your other children in, in this case TRIUMPH.
   
   
3. Once you click the registration form for Triumph, fill out the form. At the end of the form, you would once again apply the promo FAMILY to make sure you get the discount for this registration and then you would click “add another person”
4. Once you have filled out the registration of your second child in Triumph, you will once again apply the promo FAMILY to make sure you get the discount for this registration, too, and this time you would click “register and checkout” and pay $100.
