Communications Request

The Communication Request Form streamlines our ability to more effectively process our ministries' needs. We have over 100 ministries at Saint William and we wish to serve each and everyone to the best of our ability. 

For the best promotion of your ministry or event, we ask that you submit your request as soon as possible. Your early request allows for the best chance to secure your desired marketing. 


Best Practices:

• Advance planning is always recommended.  To receive the most
  effective publicity for your event or program, a 5-6 week promotional period is recommended.
• All other requests submit at least one month in advance of expected marketing
• Submit bulletin content by Friday at 12 pm noon two weeks prior to the publication date (e.g., by Friday, June 17, 2022 for the July 3 bulletin).

Good to know:

• Priority will be given to registered ministries at Saint William.
• Only ministry leaders can submit requests. 
• Due to the many ministries at St. William, last-minute requests cannot be honored.
• When possible, bulletin inserts will run until ministry/event has occurred. 
• Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we are unable to respond to all requests. If we have questions, we will contact you. Thank you for your understanding.
