Welcome Celebration for Fr. Alberto Borruel

Parish Celebration to welcome Fr. Alberto Borruel as an associate pastor for St. William.  Please come and help us share a word of as Fr. Alberto Borruel begins his new position. The celebration will be at the Pavilion on the new church grounds.  Refreshments will be served.

Originally from California, Father Alberto has lived in Texas for over 20 yrs. In '92, he earned a B.A. in Spanish/Liberal Arts from St. Edward’s University in Austin. Fr. Alberto moved to Houston in '97 where he taught as a bilingual teacher in the local school districts. In the fall of 2000, he entered the seminary and earned his M.Div. from the Univ. of St. Thomas. On June 10, '06, he was ordained to the ministerial priesthood, and this is his first parish assignment. Fr. Alberto comes with a lot of experience and looks forward every day to serving our parish family.
