Pastoral Council Information Session

Please consider serving on the St. William Pastoral Council.  God may be calling YOU to serve Him in this capacity. Members are selected through prayerful Discernment.

There are two informal information sessions coming up.  These are opportunities for prospective members to come and freely ask questions regarding the Pastoral Council membership.  These sessions are usually attended by Father Joel and two or three current Council members who know first-hand what the demands and rewards are of this ministry.  

The dates for these Information Sessions are:

Wednesday 5/7  & Saturday 5/10  at 7pm in the Bridal Room of the OLD church.

 You do not need to attend a session to participate in Discernment, but you may find the session helpful in your decision process.

There will be a Pastoral Council meeting open for observation on: Wednesday 5/14 at 7pm in the Ave Maria Room This is a time to merely observe a "typical" council meeting.

Discernment of new council members will take place on:

Wednesday 5/21 in the chapel of the PAC at 7pm

At this Discernment, new members will prayerfully be discerned to serve on the council.  All parish members are encouraged and invited to attend Discernment, whether they want to participate in Council membership or just aid in prayer.

Please give this your serious consideration, and please pray to the Holy Spirit to enlighten all those involved in the Pastoral Council Discernment.
