- Worship
- Altar Flowers - Help is needed each week to provide and arrange the flowers for Mass. Debbie George 255-4473.
- Altar Servers - Young men and women in grades 4-12 who assist he priest and deacon with books, candles and gifts at Mass, Stations of the Cross and other special liturgies. Debbie George 255-4473.
- Arts & Environment - Teens and adults who help change decorations in the church from one liturgical season to another. Debbie George 255-4473.
- Children's Liturgy of the Word - At the 5:30 PM Mass on Saturday, the children are taken to the hall by the Deacon and the readings are presented in language the children can understand, Children serve as lectors, ushers and also sing in the choir. Debbie George 255-4473.
- Eucharistic Adoration - Every Friday from 7:00AM to 7:00PM the Blessed Sacrament is exposed in the chapel. At least tow people are needed each hour to spend time in prayer before the real presence of Jesus. In addition, all night adoration is held on the First Friday of each month beginning at 10:00PM in the church. Debbies Davis 244-2324.
- Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion - Confirmed Catholics who have completed the Eucharist Minister training and have been commissioned help distribute the Body and Blood of Christ during Mass. Debbie George 255-4473.
- Homebound Ministers - Confirmed Catholics who have completed the Eucharistic Minister training and have been commissioned bring the Body of Christ to the homebound. Mary Cavett 388-0016.
- Lectors - Men and women who have completed lector training and have been commissioned to prepare and proclaim the Sacred Scriptures at Mass and other celebrations. Patricia Ring 244-0064.
- Liturgy Committee - Composed of representatives of ministries that serve at Mass. Plan liturgies that celebrate holydays and other special days in the church calendar. The Pastor appoints members. Debbie George 255-4473.
- Music Ministry - Instrumentalists and singers who lead the congregation in sung prayer. Each choir holds weekly practice sessions. Dimitar Ninov 310-0926.
- Nursery - Provides childcare services during Saturday evening and Sunday Masses as listed in the Sunday bulletin. Tommy Sustaita 255-4473 ext. 210.
- Rosary Devotion - All are invited to prayer the Rosary in Church on Sunday at 7:00 AM (Spanish) and 8:55 AM (English) and Wednesday at 7:40 PM in the Chapel and after First Saturday Mass in the church. Marie Christy 255-3376.

- Ushers - Men and women who welcome the faithful at the Church doors, assist with seating, offertory collection and procession of gifts, communion processions and distribution of bulletins. Ron Davis 244-2324.

- African American Council - To serve the spiritual needs of St. William faith community by promoting diversity and providing fellowship for the African and African American members of our parish. Ada Muoneke 218-8850.
- Asian council - A group that meets on a periodic basis to share their Asian heritage. They also help support various parish events with international food. Indra D'Mello 218-4097.
- Boy Scout Troop 345* - Youth organization dedicated to forming young men as future leaders and to learn more about the outdoors through camping trips and other activities. Scouts meet on a regular basis. Tom Bernhard 255-1859.
- Catholic Daughters* - The largest national organization of Catholic Women in the world, dedicated to strengthening their spiritual life through Christ and His Church. They meet the third Monday of every month at 7:00 PM in the Parish Hall. Imelda Tovar 255-8384.
- KJT Society # 134 - A Catholic fraternal organization that offers fellowship and sharing in the needs of its members. Leon Barton 255-1165.
- Knights of Columbus #9368* - Provides an atmosphere of fraternity and family life for its members. Men 18 years of age or older who are practicing Catholics are invited to look into becoming members. Victor Mendoza 255-9009.
- Ladies Guild - Promotes felloship, friendship and service to the parish and community as needed. This group is open to all adult women, married or single, who are members of St. William Parish. They meet the last Monday of each month at 7:30 PM in the Parish Hall. Alyson Arguijo 255-6558.
- Young Adult Group - The Young Adult Group geared toward the ages of 18 to 39 and participates in activities that fall into one of four categories: Social, Study, Spiritual and Service. Jenny Andrews 258-4339.

- Annie's Way* - An annual community wide Thanksgiving Dinner hosted by St. William Parish for those without a place or resources to celebrate Thanksgiving. Tino hernandez 259-5746.
- Christ Child Society* - An organization primarily dedicated to child welfare. Its motive and spirit shall be a love of Christ expressing itself in personal service for children and youth regardless of race or creed and to honor the childhood of Christ. Virginia Pargman 863-3785.

- Jail Ministry - Provides a Eucharistic service for inmates of the Williamson County jail. Mike Whelpley 255-7223.
- Just Because* - A Christmas project where sponsors are asked to provides gifts and Christmas dinner for needy families in our community. Tino Hernandez 259-5746.
- Meals on Wheels - Delivers meals to elderly and homebound people in our community. Ann Read 255-9118.
- Medical Mission* - Medical professional and lay people who go to Honduras in the Spring and Mexico in the Fall to provide medical and dental care and over-the-counter medicines. Tino Hernandez 259-5746.
- Nursing Home - Reaches out with personal visits and weekly rosary and communion services for the residents of our local nursing homes. Azucena Overman 244-6424.
- Prayer Line - Provides intercessory prayer for the parish community. Members dedicate their prayer time for petitions and requests that have been added to the Prayer Line book, which is located at the entrance to the Church. Joan Price 244-0814.
- ProLife - Promotes an enhanced respect for all human life in strict accordance with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. Nancy Cox 251-1011.
- Round Rock Care Givers - A coalition and network of congregations in Round Rock offering a wide range of volunteer services to older adults who live in the community. Ann Bonk 244-6424.
- St. Vincent De Paul* - A group, whose purpose is to love, listen, laugh, cry, feed, clothe, encourage, visit, instruct, advise and help the poor in Round Rock. They meet the last Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM in the Parish Activity Center dining room. Mary Ann Girvan 255-6455.

- Bereavement - At the time of a loved one's death, we rely on faith, family and friends to help us through the grieving process. There are several types of bereavement groups that can help at this time of loss. Seven Choices meets monthly on the third Saturday of the month and offers an introduction to the process of grief, prayer support and a chance to talk about how things are progressing (or not) with you and your family. New Day Catholic Bereavement Support Group meets weekly for nine weeks and through journaling and scripture dwelves much more deeply into the issues that surface when a loved one dies. No One Cries the Wrong Way is a video-based series aimed at helping children cope with death. Debbie George 255-4473.
- Calix Society - A vehicle though which Catholics in recovery in any 12-step program (Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon, Alateen, ACOA, etc.) can deepen their eleventh step from a Catholic perspective. Dan Byron 630-9545.

- Divorce and Beyond - Divorce & Beyond is an 8-week self-help support group for separated or divorced Catholics. Endorsed by the US Catholic Bishops Conference, this ministry helps the divorced to remain connected with the Church as they move beyond the pain and anxiety of marital breakdown. - Hospital Visits - Dedicated to the needs of those requesting prayer / visitation during a hospital stay for themselves or family members. Debbie George 255-4473.

- Development / Planning Committee - Coordinates the various fund raising activities of the parish to ensure that all events will have the best opportunity to succeed. Some areas of interest are Planned Giving, Memorials, Festivals and Stewardship. Meetings are held every two weeks on Tuesday at 10:00 AM in the Portable Building. Deacon Dennis 238-0245.
- Donate/Tithe
- Fall Festival Volunteers - Work together to make the annual Fall Festival held each October both a social and financial success. Help is needed to set up and work the food and game booths the day of the festival. Deacon Dennis 238-0245.
- Finance Council - The mission of St. William Finance Council is to advise and counsel the pastor regarding administration, management and finances of the parish. Potential members are interviewed and appointed by the pastor. Mike Fitzner 255-4473.
- Good Neigbor
- Holy Family Catholic School - Coordinates the various activities associated with the Catholic Elementary School that our parish supports. Meeting are held as needed. Kayla Dinardo 825-1498.
- News from the Pews - St. William's newsletter, which is published about three times during the year. It provides information about parish groups and organizations, personal stories from parishioners and other information. Shawn Welsh 248-0046.
- Parish Office Volunteers - Parishioners that help with computer data entry, folding and stuffing for mailings, bulletin inserts, evening and weekend telephone coverage and general office work. Deacon Dennis 238-0245.
- Pastoral Council - Serves the pastor in an advisory capacity in non-financial matters pertaining to the health and well being of the parish. Potential members are asked to go through a discernment process.
- Project Committee
- Spring Fiesta Volunteers - Work together to make the annual Spring Fiesta heald each May both a social and financial success. Help is needed to set up and work the food and game booths the day of the festival. Deacon Dennis 238-0245.
- Stewardship Committee - Works with parishioners to help them discover where God is calling each of us to serve him by giving back some of the time, talent and treasure that he has given to each of us. Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Portable Building. Deacon Dennis 238-0245.
- Welcoming Committee - Hosts the Parish Newcomer dinners and the monthly hospitality weekends. The Welcoming Committee is part of the Stewardship Committee and needs more people to help welcome the many new families we expect to register when our new church opens. Shelli Oberg 246-8918.
